So, as people may know, our last Kara run didn't go so well, for a number of reasons, the primary one being that we had attendance issues. I will not be able to so a run for 2 weeks, howver I can HELP organize if needed.


The primary concern here is that if people want to go to Kara they MUST sign up, and IF you sign up, you MUST come for the times you sign up for. if something comes up, that's one thing, but if you don't attend just because you don't feel like it, that is entirely unacceptable, and you will lose your rights to any Kara slots until we have some way to know that we can trust you.

The other problem we had was listening to people we pick up in Pugs. If we must pug a role for Kara, or anything else, please remember this: if you know a way that will work, and their idea sounds iffy, or you've seen it fail, you have no obligation to listen to them at all. THEY are in YOUR run.

Basically, don't give up on Kara, we're new to being a "raiding guild" so we're working out details. Kara can, and will be a very rewarding experience, we just need to do a little trimming around the edges.
